Here’s another healthy juice for you to try. I found it on the Serious Eats website and it comes with the promise that it will taste as good as it makes you feel – sounds good to me.

- 1 medium cucumber
- 4 medium leaves kale (about a cup)
- 1 packed cup coriander leaves and stems
- 1 large apple, cored and quartered
- 1 1/2-inch piece ginger
- 1 to 2 limes
- 3 medium celery stalks
Just whack it all through your juicer, split it into 2 and you’re done. It’s got a huge citrus kick from the lime and the coriander which easily masks the irony flavour from the kale. The cucumber provides most of the juice and is a great fresh tasting carrier for all this goodness.
